Thankyou for your generous offer. As discussed, we originally signed up with a tender company that was meant to provide tenders for our Security business. We were sent just 1 related tender in a period of 12 months. Then after a very good sales pitch we went with another company called Tender Search. They claimed to be the biggest and best in QLD but since then, after 9 months, have provided only 2 suitable leads.
When I received your sales call I was obviously pretty hostile and untrusting as I had already been burnt twice by the other 2 companies. After accepting an inital period of just 3 months I thought I was likely to have wasted my money yet again. However, much to my surprise your team forwarded many tenders that were well balanced to our business needs for our action.
If the service that we received is standard across the board, then I would recommend your service to any other business wanting to employ a tender company such as yours.
There certainly are some companies out there that just take your money and don't provide the service you have paid for. I found 2 of them. The funny thing is that TenderSearch contacted me today to ask if I wanted to renew my contract. I told them I wasn't interested. When they kept pushing I "explained" how they had provided such a lousy service and that I had received a much better service from Broad Search Industries in 3 months compared to the 12 months they had been paid for.
I am happy to provide this recommendation of Broad Search Industries to other businesses based on my experience. Keep up the good work.

We have subscribed to Broad Search Industries for the past nine months. Throughout that period we have found the service to be very reliable. We receive notification twice weekly via e-mail that includes tenders matched to our initial selection criteria. We have found the tender search to be comprehensive, and at times we have received notification of tenders that have not been advertised in the paper.
Any telephone contact with the girls in the office has been both friendly and efficient.
